Product Family Description

  • 4.3:1 or 6.3:1 Zoom Ratios
  • Long Working Distance
  • Trinocular Version Available

The Edmund E-Zoom series of Stereo Zoom Microscopes offer an ergonomic design and excellent performance at an incredible price. These microscopes are also ideal for laboratory or production applications and are designed to withstand the rigors of the factory floor environment. The rugged housing has been sealed to prevent contaminants such as dust, oil, and water from interfering with the microscope’s performance. The Edmund E-Zoom, with its unique design, allows for use in hot and humid environments without fear of mold. Assembling or inspecting electronic components is also no problem, as electricity is dissipated almost immediately, preventing electrostatic discharge from damaging sensitive samples.

Two zoom ratios are available for increased flexibility. The E-Zoom4 features a 4.3:1 zoom ratio with a magnification range of 0.7X to 3.0X. The E Zoom6 features a 6.3:1 zoom ratio with a magnification range of 0.8X to 5.0X. The E-Zoom6V features the same optical specifications as the standard E-Zoom6, but with a trinocular port with C-Mount for electronic imaging with any 1/2" sensor C-Mount cameras. Each microscope includes a pair of 10X eyepieces with built-in diopter adjustment, allowing simultaneous viewing of the sample and reticle (sold separately).
