TECHSPEC® Excimer Laser Line Mirrors have been optimized for use with high power excimer lasers. The mirrors are ideal for the most demanding UV applications. A precision UV grade fused silica substrate provides excellent thermal stability and low wavefront distortion. TECHSPEC® Excimer Laser Line Mirrors are offered in 12.5, 25, and 50mm diameters, with thicknesses of 6 or 10mm. These mirrors are available with DWL of 193nm or 248nm. All mirrors are designed for a 45° angle of incidence and feature very low polarization dependence. Contact us for custom 0° angle of incidence versions.
