Items must be received in their original manufacturers packaging. All returns go through an inspection. If our Quality Assurance Department determines something is wrong with the product, our Sales Department will contact you and let you know if we will accept the item or if a restocking fee will be charged and what the percentage will be. Our minimum restocking fee is 25%. Items found to be defective are accepted for repair or replacement for a period of one year from the invoice date. We collect sales tax on shipments to AZ, CA, CO, CT, IL, MA, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA and WA addresses, unless the purchaser supplies us with a signed official state resale certificate or sales tax exemption certificate with the order. Each stock number includes a specification which includes its RoHS compliance or non-compliance. Additionally, you can put the stock number into our RoHS Lookup tool to get the status of the product you are looking for.

If the items are in stock, orders placed via UPS before 6:30 P.M EST (Monday-Friday) and 12:45 P.M. EST Saturday ship out the same day.

If the order is placed before 7:30 pm EST, in stock items ship the same day.
