The Engineering Leadership Program is a rotation program designed to cultivate our next generations of technical leaders and individual contributors. This is a customized two to three year training program where the engineer will rotate through key functional areas, network and cross-train in multiple departments, and gain real-world experience working on mission critical projects. Upon completion of the program, the ELP graduate will have a great sense of the Edmund Optics organization.
Internships are learning opportunities for students in any stage of their higher education careers (college, master’s level, Ph.D. level). Edmund Optics works to ensure that students have a fully developed project of their own to complete during their internships. Input from the students and our supervisory staff helps craft the most meaningful and intentional experience. We immerse interns in our company culture so they can experience everything Edmund Optics has to offer. Interns also attend weekly seminars to learn about Edmund Optics and the optics industry.
